Built in Hamburg, Germany, in 1968 and refurbished in 1986, Beluga is a sturdy and reliable steel-hulled motor yacht. Her spacious interior has a catching modern design and is fully air-conditioned with a comfortable lounge and two separate dining rooms accommodating eight guests each. The Beluga carries up to 16 passengers that are accommodated in eight beautifully furnished staterooms (two cabins have upper and lower berths, four have two lower berths, and two are suites with large beds each). Fully equipped, the Beluga has ample deck space, making it an excellent way to see the Islands.

SEYMOUR ISLAND TOUR

Named after H. M. Queen Silvia of Sweden, and with her gracious permission, Reina Silvia operates carefully arranged natural history adventures in the Galápagos Archipelago.
Built by Lydia Inc. of Stuart, Florida, USA, Reina Silvia is 90 feet long. She was redesigned to create a pleasant atmosphere for groups of up to 16 like-minded Galápagos adventurers.
With a highly trained crew of eight, including a multilingual Class III naturalist guide, Reina Silvia, accommodates her guests in eight double cabins and one Owner's Suite. The double cabins are furnished with oversized upper and lower beds, en suite facilities including shower, lavatory and vanity. The king-bedded Owner's Suite has private facilities, an entertainment center and mini-bar.

Reina Silvia Yacht Description

The yacht is fully air-conditioned and features up-to-date security, navigational and communications equipment, including satellite telephone. From the well-equipped galley excellent cuisine is offered in the spacious dining room.
This area and the forward salon are used for lectures and conferences. Drinks are served at the bar or on the large sun deck (under sun shade).
The yacht has a swimming/diving platform aft and an extended bow pulpit for whale and dolphin watching. A desalinator plant provides all the freshwater needed. Dive charters, under the guidance of an experienced certified dive master, may be arranged. Reina Silvia is equipped with an electric compressor, cylinders and weights.
